The title explains it all, iPhones on AT&T will get the new 'Personal Hotspot' feature that everyone has been talking about sense the announcement of the Verizon iPhone 4! Now, what we don't know is whether or not iPhone 3G(S) phones will be getting the 'Personal Hotspot' feature in iOS 4.3 OR JUST iPhone 4 users! At this time we also don't know when iOS 4.3 will be released to the public (people have claimed March of this year; however, Apple has already released iOS 4.3 beta)!
